♻️ We don't have a plastic problem.

We have a plastic management problem.

Millions of tonnes of plastic enter our waste streams, while a significant portion remains difficult to recycle through conventional methods.

So what happens next?

Landfills. Open dumping. Environmental pressure.

But what if we started looking at the problem differently?

What if some plastic waste could become a resource?

At Ignis Eco, we're exploring the intersection of waste management, engineering, and advanced technology to rethink what happens to difficult-to-recycle plastic waste.

Because the future shouldn't be about producing more waste.

It should be about recovering more value.

♻️ Waste can be reimagined.

⚡ Technology can transform.

🌍 The future can be engineered.

Ignis Eco — Rethinking Waste. Engineering the Future.

India’s other oil reserve is sitting in its landfills.

Oil is holding near $77 a barrel this week, mostly on tension around the Strait of Hormuz. Roughly 40 to 50% of India’s crude imports move through that one shipping lane. When it gets tense, kilns, boilers and factories pay for it.

Now the part most people miss. Plastic is made from oil. India throws away 9.3 million tonnes of plastic a year and collects less than 30% of it. That is an unrefined fuel reserve, sitting in drains and dumps.

We convert it back into certified industrial fuel through AI-governed pyrolysis. Calorific value near 10,592 kcal/kg, comparable to furnace oil, sold at a 20 to 30% discount, and it never crosses a contested strait.

India now buys 9 of every 10 barrels of oil it burns.
Meanwhile we bury a domestic fuel reserve every single day.

Plastic is made from oil. India throws away 9.3 million tonnes of it a year and collects less than a third. That uncollected plastic is unrefined fuel sitting in a landfill.

This year India’s 2026 plastic rules formally recognised waste-to-oil as a legitimate end-of-life route. The policy finally caught up with the physics.

At Ignis Eco we heat plastic without oxygen and break it back into low-sulphur industrial fuel, priced 20 to 30% below furnace oil. Reactors are a commodity. Our edge is the AI control layer that certifies every batch, and Ignis Collect, which pays waste pickers above market and ties loyalty to health coverage and school fees.

Neste built a €20.6 billion business doing this in Europe. India has the waste, the import bill, and now the law.

India throws away 26,000 tonnes of fuel every day. It just calls it plastic. ♻️🛢️

Plastic is made from oil, so every landfill is an energy reserve we already paid to import. Meanwhile the crude India buys has swung from 72 to over 113 dollars a barrel this year, and we import nearly 88% of it.

One reserve is volatile, imported, and outside our control. The other is domestic, growing daily, and now legally required to be collected. Ignis Eco turns that second reserve into certified industrial fuel with AI-governed pyrolysis. We know which one we are betting on. 🇮🇳🔥

If you burn furnace oil, you are probably overpaying.

Pyrolysis oil gives you a comparable calorific value at a price 20 to 30% lower. For a brick kiln, a ceramic unit, or a steel re-rolling mill, that is not a rounding error. That is margin.

So why has no one offered it to you before? Because most operators cannot promise consistency, and one bad batch kills the switch. We built Ignis Eco to fix exactly that. Our AI control layer certifies every batch before it ships, so you get a cleaner fuel, a lower bill, and a full compliance trail.
