I didn’t start where I am today.
Coming from a rural Kannada-medium background, stepping into the corporate world itself felt like a big leap. With a post-graduation in Biotechnology, I moved into technology — a path very different from what I had studied.
But I chose it with purpose — to contribute to healthcare and real-world impact.
Over the years, I didn’t just grow in roles — I grew through constant change.
From enterprise systems to cloud, digital transformation, and now AI — every phase asked me to learn, unlearn, and reinvent. And then, life happened.
Marriage. Motherhood. Pauses.
There were moments I had to slow down, recalibrate, and question my pace. But I realized — growth is not always linear. Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is pause without guilt and return stronger.
