We’re Hiring | Cluster Coordinator - Bangalore

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Cluster Coordinator to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting 12 Preschool Community Centres and ensuring that every child receives the best possible start in life.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor centre teams, including directly managing In-charges across centres
• Ensure high-quality Montessori learning environments through regular audits and academic support
• Coordinate with Training, Operations, and M&E teams to strengthen overall programme delivery
• Support teacher development and classroom effectiveness
• Track programme data, identify challenges, and drive improvements across centres
• Resolve operational and community-level issues with empathy and problem-solving skills

We Are Looking For:
• 5–8 years of experience in Early Childhood Education
• Prior experience as a Preschool Centre Head, Cluster Lead, or Zonal Lead is preferred
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Someone passionate about education and social impact

Prevention is better than cure, especially when it comes to protecting children during the monsoon season. 🦟

On National Dengue Day, we are reminded that children living in underserved migrant communities face a higher risk of mosquito-borne diseases due to stagnant water, garbage accumulation, and poor sanitation conditions.

At Diya Ghar, we conduct Dengue Kit Distribution Drives across our preschool community centres to support families and spread awareness on preventive care during the rainy season.

🎒Each Dengue Kit Includes:
• Bleaching Powder
• Good Night Coil
• Odomos Cream
• Fusidic Acid Cream

Last year, we distributed 1351 dengue kits to children and families across our communities.

Small preventive steps can create healthier, safer childhoods. Together, let’s work towards cleaner and dengue-free communities.

On this International Day of Families, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and dreams of the families who inspire us every day at Diya Ghar.

From Bangalore to Chennai, every child’s journey is deeply connected to the sacrifices and hopes of their parents.

Annanya’s family migrated from Bihar in search of stability and opportunities. Today, while her parents work hard to build a better future, Annanya is thriving in a safe learning environment where she has developed a love for learning and dreams of becoming a teacher one day.

In Chennai, Anitha, a sanitation worker, shares how Diya Ghar has transformed not only her daughter Saniya’s life, but also their home. From healthy routines and nutritious meals to joyful learning experiences, Saniya now wakes up every morning excited to learn, grow, and dream.

We also stand beside mothers like Sridevi, who faced the devastating loss of her husband and continues to courageously care for her children while rebuilding life through immense hardship. Today, her daughters are learning, growing, and finding safety, nourishment, and hope through Diya Ghar’s support.

Behind every child is a family carrying untold struggles, sacrifices, and aspirations. At Diya Ghar, we believe that when families are supported, children are empowered to dream bigger and build brighter futures.

As the academic year comes to a close, our preschool community centres in Bangalore and Chennai came alive with celebration, creativity, and joy through our Summer Camp activities.

Children participated in music, dance, games, art, and group activities that encouraged confidence, teamwork, and self-expression, creating memories that will last with them long after the camp ended.

This year also marked a special milestone for us as we conducted our very first Summer Camp across our Chennai centres, bringing together children, teachers, and communities in a joyful learning space.

Doesn’t every child deserve a safe and happy environment in which to learn, explore, and simply enjoy being a child?

When tutorial support from another NGO ended, a critical gap emerged.
In February 2026, our After School Program (ASP) stepped in to provide academic support to first-generation learners from underserved migrant communities in Akshay Nagar.

Focused on strengthening reading, writing, and overall academic performance, the program is already making a difference. Children are attending regularly and showing steady progress in their learning.

We remain committed to supporting every child’s learning journey.
