🌟We’re Hiring | Child Care Executive – Health & Nutrition

Diya Ghar is looking for a passionate professional to support the health, nutrition, and well-being of children aged 2–6 across our centres.

Location: Bengaluru (Onsite)

What you’ll do:
• Monitor children’s health, nutrition, BMI, and medical records
• Coordinate medical camps, hospital visits, surgeries, and follow-up care
• Support nutrition procurement, vendor quality checks, and community awareness initiatives

What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Hospital, NGO, or public health experience preferred
• MSW or equivalent degree
• Fluency in Hindi, Kannada & English
• Willingness to travel for field visits

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Three years of learning, growth and transformation!

Today our After-School Program completes three years of supporting children from migrant communities with academic guidance, language development and a safe space to learn.

From a small beginning, the program has grown to reach 24 centres and 645 children across Bengaluru and Chennai.

The greatest reward is seeing children grow in confidence, improve their learning, participate actively in school and look forward to every session. The appreciation and trust shared by parents make this journey even more meaningful.

Good nutrition is essential for every child to grow, learn, and thrive.

At Diya Ghar, nutrition is one of our core programmes. Every day, we work to meet 70% of our children’s daily nutritional needs through nutritious porridge, wholesome lunches with eggs, seasonal fruits, and weekly protein bars.

This National Nutrition Week, we’re celebrating the voices of our community and the nutritional journeys of the children at our 29 centres in Bangalore & Chennai.
