Today, we have officially filed a complaint with the EElection Commission of Indiaand the Chief Electoral Officer, Bihar, regarding the divisive "घुसपैठ एक्सप्रेस" social media (X) post recently shared by BJP's official handle during the Bihar Assembly elections. This cartoon and message target minority communities, portraying them in a negative and communal light, which violates multiple clauses of the Model Code of Conduct. We believe such propaganda harms social harmony and undermines the fairness of our electoral process.

We urge the Election Commission to take immediate action to uphold ethical campaigning and protect constitutional values.

Today, we have formally filed a complaint with both the Election Commission of India and the Chief Electoral Officer, Bihar, regarding the recent communal remarks made by Union Minister Giriraj Singh during a rally in Arwal, Bihar.
His statement—targeting the Muslim community and calling them 'namak haraam'—is a clear violation of several clauses of the Model Code of Conduct, which strictly prohibits using religion for electoral purposes or making appeals that create division and hatred.

We believe leaders must be held accountable when they undermine the constitutional principles of equality and secularism. We urge the Election Commission to take immediate action and ensure such divisive language is not tolerated in our democracy.
