Rotary Bangalore Rajmahal Vilas The Club was chartered on the 12th February 1996 with Rtn. S.K Bajaj as its Chartered President with humble membership strength of 27 members.

PDG Nagaraj was the GSR. Since then the club has completed 29 years and boasts of 72 passionate Rotarians.

A Meaningful Evening of Learning & Fellowship

Last Friday 8th May 2026, we had the pleasure of attending a joint meeting with Rotary Club of Bangalore Junction and Rotary Club of Bangalore West.

The session featured an insightful and informative talk on Succession Planning, covering the legalities and operations of wills and trusts - an important topic for securing legacies and planning ahead.

A beautiful collaboration between Rotary Bangalore Rajmahal Vilas and KPG Foundation has turned a heartfelt vision into reality.

Renowned musician and humanitarian Shruti Bhide chose to give back to her roots by dedicating a comfort station for girl students at a government school in Hollalkere Taluk, Chitradurga. Through a soulful musical fundraiser, she partnered with our Club to bring this initiative to life—and today, we proudly inaugurated and dedicated the facility to the students.

Our heartfelt gratitude to President Rtn. Rajagopal Hegde and Project Director Rtn. Kirti Mehta for their unwavering leadership. Special thanks to all our generous donors and to Rtn. Sandeep Yadav for the design and architecture of this project.

We also thank Club community Service Director Rtn. Rajesh Ghashi, Rtn. President Elect Rtn. Chhaya Navandar, Rtn. Vinod Singh, Rtn. Vivek Kini, and Rtn. Rajaram Krishnamurthy for their support and presence during the inauguration.

We had an engaging and delightful Speaker Meet on 10th April!

Dr. Suchitra Kaul Misra captivated the audience with her session on “Train Your Brain with Laughter”—bringing in energy, insight, and plenty of smiles. Her dynamic presentation truly struck a chord with everyone present.

Health camp was conducted by Rotary Bangalore Rajmahal Vilas at Adarsh Public School, Sanjayanagar on 6th March, reaching 300+ children.

On 27th Feb, we had a truly inspiring and insightful session by Rtn. Anil Srivatsa, Chair of the Rotary Action Group for Blood and Organ Donation. After selflessly donating one of his kidneys to his brother, he recognized that fear and lack of awareness are major barriers preventing many from considering organ donation.

Over the past 10 years, Rtn. Anil has travelled extensively, engaging with Rotary clubs across the world to advocate and build awareness about organ donation. In his address, he emphasized how Rotary clubs can play a vital role—not only in advocacy and awareness but also in mobilizing resources to support organ donation and transplant initiatives.

An eye-opening session that reminded us how one courageous decision can spark a global movement.
