🎨 Today, we slowed down and made some space for our Skills Educators to simply be.

Through colors and creativity, they took a little time out at Project SparkL for an art therapy session. A chance to step away from the everyday to relax, create together and enjoy being in the moment.

🏆🎖️ A space that tells a story🏆🎖️

None of these were won through Project SparkL, fun fact — they belong to kids across the Rainbow Girls' shelter home, earned through sports, art, academics, and everything in between.

Some trophies were won. Some were for participation. Some were earned years ago by children who have long since moved on. But together, they tell a beautiful story-- our children are stepping forward, discovering their abilities, and learning that their efforts are worth celebrating. Proof that when children are given opportunities, they rise to meet them.

We love this space because behind every trophy is a child who tried! And we're grateful to be part of a space that cheers on every win, big or small. 🌟

🤝 Announcing a New Partnership: Project SparkL x The Anugraha Project

We're excited to share that Project SparkL is joining hands with The Anugraha Project, a student-led not-for-profit working to uplift underserved communities in Bangalore through education, healthcare, sanitation, and community development.

Through this collaboration, Project SparkL will extend its foundational literacy and numeracy programs to the children of daily wage construction workers and labourers. 

We believe real, sustainable social impact happens when organizations come together instead of working in silos. This partnership is a step towards that.

Grateful to the Anugraha Project team for their energy, commitment, and shared vision. Here's to building something meaningful together. 🌱✨

At Project SparkL, we recently celebrated our Annual Day — a special moment to pause, appreciate, and look ahead.

We felicitated our incredible Skills Educators and recognized their dedication with awards, celebrating the heart they put in, and impact they create every day. The day was filled with meaningful conversations, shared reflections, and a few snacks along the way. Most importantly, it gave us the chance to look back on our journey so far and thoughtfully plan the year ahead.

Grateful for the people who make this work meaningful. Here’s to another year of learning, growth, and impact. ✨

At Project SparkL, we're passionate about empowering children between the ages of 6-11, as these are the most pivotal years for learning and growth. It's during this stage that kids transition from learning to read to reading to learn, laying the groundwork for numeracy, literacy, confidence, and curiosity. If gaps in learning emerge during this period, they can have a lasting impact on self-belief, academic performance, and future opportunities. Timely intervention is crucial, as it enables children to stay engaged and motivated, preventing a lifetime of struggles. Our mission at Project SparkL is to bridge the learning gap, one child at a time, because every child deserves a fair start and the chance to shine ✨
