It has been a truly special week for all of us at Vimarsha Charitable Trust. Our Founder and Principal, Janhavi Lakshminarayanan, was felicitated by several esteemed organizations in honour of Teachers’ Day — a heartfelt thank you to Mitra for Life, Inner Wheel Club of Bangalore Orchards, Inner Wheel & Rotary Club of Bangalore Southwest, and IIHM for recognising her contributions.

This recognition is not just a personal honour, but a celebration of the work being done at Vimarsha. It encourages us to continue striving harder, reaching more children and families, and deepening our impact in the community. We are truly grateful to everyone that has supported us in this journey!

We’re so thrilled to share that our founder & principal, Janhavi Lakshminarayanan, was felicitated today by Mitra For Life (.for.life) at their Teacher’s Day appreciation and the launch of their new program, Mitra Socials!

It’s an honor not only to be recognized but also to walk alongside Mitra as a proud partner in this journey of impact and growth. We’re always happy to collaborate with NGOs where our students receive additional opportunities to learn, grow, and shine!

We were delighted to welcome the Dialpad Bangalore team to Vimarsha, marking four wonderful years of their support for our Art & Design program and a successful year of Digital literacy program.

It was a pleasure to showcase our students’ creations and explore new project ideas together. Here’s to many more years of collaboration!

It was a thoughtful gesture, deeply appreciated and warmly received by every child. Small acts like these go a long way in supporting their learning journey.

Every child holds a spark of creativity, what they need is a chance to shine. ✨

We gave our students a simple image and asked them to create a story around it. What they came up with was thoughtful, imaginative, and full of heart.

It’s inspiring to see how their minds imagine, explore, and create.

On World Autism Day, we want to say this:

Autism is not a puzzle to be solved. It is a different way of perception to life.

Our job is not to “fix” anyone—but to understand, support, include, and celebrate them for who they are.

At Vimarsha Charitable Trust, we walk this path every day—with love, respect, and hope.

Let’s choose acceptance over judgment, and inclusion over isolation.
Because when we allow people to be truly themselves, they flourish—and so do we.
