KSYC has always believed in bringing something fresh, energetic, and bigger every time and this time too, we’re stepping up to make “Nangada Nela Nangada Namme” an event to truly remember! 🎉

We’re not just participating we’re adding excitement, fun, and a whole new experience for everyone. To make this event even bigger and better, KSYC is transforming it into a celebration with sports, entertainment, and a full carnival vibe! 🎪✨

🏐 Now for the big reveal!
KSYC will be organizing an exciting Throwball Tournament bringing energy, teamwork, and healthy competition to the event!

👧🧒Along with this, we are launching a Kids Carnival Zone with fun game stalls and engaging activities, making it a joyful experience for families and children alike.

And yes… the rumours are true! 👀🔥

Kodava Samaja Youth Council *Membership Drive*

That’s right , you read it correctly!

We’re excited to announce that KSYC is streamlining and strengthening our entire membership process to better serve our growing youth community.

What was the process until now?

Earlier, members would fill out a Google Form, get added to the KSYC group, and officially become a member.
While this worked initially, with the rapid growth of KSYC, it became challenging to:
• Track accurate member numbers
• Maintain a real-time member directory
• Identify members based on skills, profession, or area of work

What’s new? Here’s the updated approach 😀

1. Membership age group expanded – now open for 16 to 35 years (earlier 18–35)
2. Members will fill out a structured KSYC application form
3. You will receive an official KSYC Membership Card—something you can proudly flaunt!
4. Expect joining goodies / exclusive KSYC merchandise 🎁 (surprise reveal coming soon!)
5. A minimal membership fee of ₹500 will be applicable
6. Documents required are 2 photos & address proof
7. Going forward we will be moving to a new WhatsApp group exclusively for KSYC members only

Why should you become a KSYC member?

Kodava Samaja Youth Council: In the year 2004, a group of Kodava Students with an intention to gather all fellow Kodava students formed an association called Kodava Students Association (KSA) in Bengaluru. Later in the same year, it was aligned under the management of Kodava Samaja Bangalore, and was renamed Kodava Samaja Youth Council - with a purpose to unite all the Kodava youths, with an agenda to emphasis on promoting our Cultural Traditions & Practices.

Through the years KYSC has gone through various transformations, however has retained to around its core values. It has always worked towards showcasing the unique talent among the Kodava youths, a forum exclusively for Kodava youth & a platform for our youths to work towards betterment of our people, community and to protect our culture.
