Urgent help needed 🚨

One of the community dogs has suddenly developed a thick, round swelling right under the mouth/throat area. It appeared within just a few hours and is visibly bulging outward now.

The good thing is that he is still eating and is not showing signs of severe pain at the moment, but the swelling looks quite concerning.

Has anyone seen something similar before or knows what this could possibly be? Any guidance would really help. If needed, I’ll be getting him checked by a vet. 🙏🐾
