🩺🌟 Successful Completion of Mega Health Check-up Camp 🌟🩺
Rotary Club of Bangalore Hessarghatta Road

We are delighted to share the successful completion of our Mega Health Check-up Camp, organized in association with Sapthagiri Hospital and the Indian Red Cross Society.

📅 Date: 26th April 2026
📍 Venue: Sir M. Vishweshwaraiah Vidyaniketan School

The camp provided free medical check-ups including:
✔️ General Health Screening
✔️ Blood Tests
✔️ Orthopedic Consultation
✔️ Eye Check-up
✔️ Women’s Health Awareness
✔️ Blood Donation Drive

👨‍⚕️ This initiative benefited a large number of people from the community and helped spread awareness about preventive healthcare and well-being.

A heartfelt thank you to all the doctors, medical staff, volunteers, and supporters who made this initiative a great success. 💙

🔵✨ Governor Official Visit – A Successful Gathering ✨🔵

The Governor Official Visit (GOV) of our club was successfully conducted on 15th February 2026 at Rotary Udyog Bhavan.

It was a proud moment for the Rotary Club of Bangalore Hessarghatta Road to present our club’s activities and achievements in the presence of the District Governor and district officials. Members attended in good strength, reflecting the unity and commitment of our club.

The meeting was engaging and meaningful, followed by fellowship over lunch, further strengthening Rotary bonds.

A memorable and motivating occasion for our club as we continue to serve with dedication and uphold the spirit of Service Above Self. 💙

The Rotary Club of Bangalore Hessarghatta Road proudly celebrated Republic Day on 26.01.2026 at Sir M. Vishweshwaraiah School.

The celebrations were beautifully organized by the Interact Club of Sir MVV School, who planned and executed various activities along with a small service project, reflecting true patriotism and community spirit. 🇮🇳🌱

This special occasion also coincided with our regular breakfast meeting, making it a meaningful morning of fellowship, service, and national pride. Club members actively participated and encouraged the young Interactors, appreciating their enthusiasm and leadership.

A memorable celebration that reinforced our commitment to nation-building through youth engagement and service.

The Rotary Club of Bangalore Hessarghatta Road, in association with doctors from Sapthagiri Medical College, successfully organized a Health & Hygiene Awareness Program for students.

The program covered three important sessions:
✅ General Hygiene Tips for all students
✅ Good Touch & Bad Touch Awareness for primary school children
✅ Personal Hygiene Awareness for high school girls

These interactive sessions helped create awareness, encouraged healthy habits, and empowered students with age-appropriate knowledge for their well-being and safety.

We thank the medical professionals for their valuable time and guidance, and the school management for their support in making this initiative impactful. 💙

The Rotary Club of Bangalore Hessarghatta Road was happy to support a Fund Raising Program held at Turuvekere, aimed at the welfare of underprivileged children.

The cultural evening titled “Rotary Star Sambrama” was beautifully organized by Rotary Turuvekere, bringing together service and celebration on one platform. Members from our club actively participated and extended their support to this meaningful initiative.

On 18th January, our members also joined a local visit along with fellow Rotarians from other clubs and the host club, strengthening fellowship and Rotary bonds. 🤝💙

The Rotary Club of Bangalore Hessarghatta Road successfully sponsored and facilitated the participation of students from Sir M. Vishweshwariah Vidyaniketan School in the Inter Interact Quiz Competition on the theme “India Jano.”

The event was jointly organized by Rotary Bangalore RT Nagar, Rotary Bangalore Northwest, and Rotary Bengaluru Platinum City.
👦👧 Six students from the school represented and actively participated with great enthusiasm.

This initiative was taken to encourage youth participation, promote co-curricular learning, and support the overall development of young minds.

We successfully conducted a Speaker Session on General Health Care & Lung Care by Dr. Vivek Gundappa during our first breakfast meeting of the year, held on Sunday, 04.01.2026.

The session was highly informative and emphasized the importance of preventive healthcare, healthy lifestyle practices, and lung wellness—making it a valuable start to the year for all members.
