3rd Sept - 11th Sept | 5 Institutions | 10 Sessions | 780 Participants

What an intense yet deeply meaningful fortnight!

In a week's time, we interacted with 780+ participants across five institutions, sharing our vision of Mindful & Sustainable Living through immersive workshops and dialogues.

The richness of these dialogues came from the participants’ diversity — school students, UG/PG learners, TFI fellows, and professors — each bringing unique perspectives, struggles and hope in the journey of being a mindful consumer.

Our engagement tools, aligned with NEP 2020 guidelines and the Mission LiFE vision, fostered data‑driven, reflective, and experiential learning which was highly appreciated by one and all.

Grateful to all (Sunil Sir, Archana Mam, Dr. Sanjeet, Dr. Ramandeep and Tejas) who helped curate these platforms and continue to plant seeds of Mindful Consumption and conscious living. 🌱

Thanks to Nauris H., Ruchika Mam for the seamless coordination.

19-8-2026 || Sardar Vallabhbhai Global University || Tiny Actions, Gigantic Ripples

Always a fulfilling experience interacting with students and faculty members sharing the vision behind the Yes! I am Mindful Movement, we are gradually co-creating.

We had a wonderful discussion with the 1st year students of Chimanbhai Patel Institute of Management and Research, Sardar Vallabhbhai Global University as a part of their orientation program - Anusthapan 2026.

We conducted our flagship Tiny Actions, Gigantic Ripples workshop, a data-driven workshop which showcases the impact of small mindful lifestyle choices in enhancing our personal wellbeing and towards Climate Action.

The main thrust of such engagements lies in the 8-weeks long post workshop engagement through the Yes! I am Mindful Campaign where participants are invited to practice mindful actions through our gamified sustainability application in the gradual theme-wise journey.

Dialogues like these open pathways for deeper engagements in time to come.

Thanks to Abhinava Sir for envisioning this interaction and Shakshi ji for the seamless coordination. It was lovely to have Samuel attending the session with the students.

16-8-26 || Vinay Mandir || Tiny Actions, Gigantic Ripples - Clothes

It was a deeply encouraging interaction with 12th standard girls from Vinay Mandir, a Gandhi Ashram based academic institution for girls established in 1957 to provide secondary and higher secondary education aligned with Gandhian values.

The aim of the session was to further strengthen the seeds of Mindful Living in the context of Clothing. A data-based approach showcased the students the mammoth quantum of resources these cloth items use in their life cycle, in terms of carbon emissions, water, energy etc.

We then collectively analysed and witnessed how small lifestyle shifts in our clothes purchase and usage pattern will have significant positive impact both at personal as well as societal level.

Motivated by this discussion, the students pledged not to buy any cloth items till 2nd October i.e., Mahatma Gandhi’s Jayanti.

Thanks to Priya Maurya and Dr. Vinay for organizing this wonderful 2-day retreat for the students at Environmental Sanitation Institute

31-7-2026 || Nirma University || Tiny Actions, Gigantic Ripples

We had a wonderful interaction with the 1st year students at Institute of Management, Nirma University. We conducted our flagship workshop ‘Tiny Actions, Gigantic Ripples’ showcasing the positive impact of small mindful actions on enhancing our personal wellbeing whilst contributing towards Climate Action.

This data-driven workshop aligned with NEP 2020, proves that we all can ‘Be The Change’ while ‘Bringing or Expecting a Change’ by being more conscious and intentional in our day-to-day actions.

At the end, when asked to rate how inspired they are to bring positive shifts in their journey, the number was a resounding 87%. Similar passion was clearly visible when participants were asked to voluntarily pledge one lifestyle change and almost 75% of them did commit to a lifestyle change.

This workshop will be followed by an 8-week Yes! I am Mindful Campaign through our gamified sustainability portal [https://yes-i-am-mindful-v1.web.app], nudging the participants to practice simple mindful acts across different weekly themes.

Thanks to Dr. Hardik Shah for curating these platforms. It was lovely to have Luna attending the workshop as well.

30-07-26 || TTEC, Ahmedabad || The Complexity Game & Tiny Actions, Gigantic Ripples

Despite being a rain alert period, we had a wonderful engagement at TTEC Ahmedabad with representatives of their grassroots partner organizations. The engagement started with The Complexity Game, a board game based simulation where participants playing the role of a world Leader experienced the challenges & dilemmas in decision making while developing their respective countries leading to natural disasters..

It was followed by our flagship ‘Tiny Actions, Gigantic Ripples’ workshop where through a data-driven carbon footprint exercise, participants reflected on how tiny, mindful actions at individual level can collectively shape a more meaningful and sustainable future. 🌿

To continue the journey, participants will voluntarily participate in the Yes! I am Mindful Campaign program focused on nudging daily mindful actions through our Gamified Sustainability Tool. [https://yes-i-am-mindful-v1.web.app]

A special thank you to Yug bhai, TTEC India for organizing the event and Anand Mistry, Project Chakra for co-facilitating these workshops with us.

As we are on a mission to co-create the Yes! I am Mindful movement, we are seeking such meaningful institutional collaborations making Mindful Living an informed and conscious choice.
