We are happy to share that 10 abstracts from KHPT have been selected for presentation at the SBCC Summit 2026 in Panama.
What makes this milestone especially meaningful is how these abstracts came to life. This year, KHPTβs leadership actively encouraged programme and implementation teams to document and share their learning, supporting them to conceptualise, articulate and translate years of field experience into abstracts. The result is a collection of work that is grounded in community realities and reflects behaviour change approaches that are innovative, deeply contextual and shaped by the people they are meant to serve.
We have always believed that the most important voices in these global conversations are not always the ones most heard. So, over the years it has been our practice to ensure that those who travel to platforms like this include the people closest to the work, adolescent girls, panchayat representatives, government officials and community members who speak from lived experience, not just from observation.
This year we are continuing that tradition, and we are especially glad to be carrying perspectives from the North East of India, geographies and communities whose insights rarely find space in conversations of this kind.
Over the coming days we will share more about the abstracts and the people who will be representing KHPT in Panama. Stay tuned.
