Putting the person first shows respect. Using 'person with a disability' emphasizes they are more than their disability. For example, say 'He is a person with a disability,' not 'He is disabled.' It’s a small change that makes a big difference.

वाराणसी में विकलांग व्यक्तियों के लिए रोजगारपरक प्रशिक्षण।

सोसाइटी फॉर सोशल एक्शन एंड रिसर्च और नई सुबह के सहयोग से सी. डी. टी. द्वारा इस महीने से वाराणसी में दिव्यांग युवाओं के लिए कौशल विकास कार्यक्रम शुरू करेगा।

इस प्रोजेक्ट के उद्घाटन 17 अगस्त को किया गया, जिसकी अध्यक्षता वाराणसी उद्योंग के अध्यक्ष क्षी अजीत सिंह बग्गा ने की जिसमें मुख्य वक्ता के रूप में डॉ. उत्तम ओझा, एस. एस. ए. आर. के सचिव श्री मती सुष्मिता और नई सुबह के निदेशक डॉ. अजय तिवारी उपस्थित रहे।

प्रोजेक्ट का मुख्य उद्देश्य दिव्यांग व्यक्तियों को कौशल प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करना है, ताकि वाराणसी में दिव्यांग व्यक्तियों के लिए रोजगार के अधिक अवसर प्रदान कर सकें। जिसमें 19 से 35 आयु वर्ग के दिव्यांग व्यक्ति कंप्युटर प्रशिक्षण और सॉफ्ट स्किल वाले 1 महिने के प्रशिक्षण के लिए अपना पंजीकरण सृजन सिंह(9026124356) एवं सुजीत श्रीवास्तव ( 8604165365) से सम्पर्क कर सकते है।

After achieving multiple impact milestones in the learning ecosphere, we are excited to introduce our new social media campaign

With the support of and the guidance from Learning Links Foundation Disability Trust, along with 23 other NGOs have embarked on an incredible journey to address the need for access to digital learning infrastructure for students from low-income and underserved communities.

The intent has been to support, improve and enhance the overall learning experience and outcomes by providing internet-enabled digital devices to students in 100+ schools across 20 states. By distributing digital devices, we have moved a step closer to providing equal opportunities for education, connectivity, and empowerment.

Help 100 children with disability enter mainstream school
This project aims to better the lives of 100 children with disabilities in the Tumkur district and thereafter extend its services to Bangalore city too. As an early intervention programme, we will provide speech therapy, language building and numerical ability to 100 children aged 3-11 years. We train parents in supporting the children in their life skills and learning techniques. These children will be ready to enter mainstream schools with our therapy and special learning interventions.
