🔬 From startup ideas to real-world innovation!

What happens when aspiring founders step into the world of research, technology, and food innovation? 🚀

KAN startups, along with the Jain Launchpad team, visited CFTRI’s incubation ecosystem for an immersive learning experience focused on food technology, research, and commercialization.

The visit was led by Dr. Pavan Kumar, Project Manager at the BioNEST Incubation Centre, who guided the startups through the ecosystem and provided valuable insights into CFTRI’s incubation facilities, research capabilities, and opportunities for innovation and commercialization.

The startups explored food processing laboratories, pilot-scale processing units, coffee processing facilities, and technology demonstration centres, gaining valuable exposure to how research and innovation are transformed into commercially viable products.

The experience offered meaningful learning, industry exposure, and opportunities to explore potential collaborations with research institutions and incubation centres. 🚀

As part of the KAN Startup Program, founders participated in an insightful masterclass on Pricing Strategy, led by Vikas Sunkad, Founder of SunJosho Ventures Private Limited. 🚀

The session explored how startups can:

It starts with ownership, curiosity, and the ability to spot problems worth solving.

That was the energy at Engage JL – August Edition, where students explored what it really means to think and act like an entrepreneur.

From Ms. Sangeetha, Deputy Dean, sharing insights on nurturing an entrepreneurial mindset, to Mr. Nayaz Ahmed’s perspective on taking ownership, finding real problems, and turning learning into action — the session encouraged students to think beyond just ideas.
