ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ RERA ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ಅಪಾರ್ಟ್‌ಮೆಂಟ್ ಜಮೀನಿನ ಖಾತಾವನ್ನು ಅಸೋಸಿಯೇಷನ್‌ಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಲು ಆದೇಶ ನೀಡಿದ ಮೊದಲ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಆದೇಶ ಇದಾಗಿದೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರೇರಾ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವು ಗೃಹ ಖರೀದಿದಾರರ ಹಿತರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಕಾಯುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಆದೇಶ ನೀಡಿದ್ದು, ಅಪಾರ್ಟ್‌....

Home Buyers Awareness on Importance of Apartment Land Khata with two important orders of RERA Authority. Please make a note of the below and ensure your Apartment gets Land Khata (Land e-Khata) and Land e-Khata gets Transferred to Authorised Association.

1. RERA Authority complaint No 01220/2023 order dated 19.09.2025 between Mr Dhananjaya versus Sobha Ltd where RERA Authority ordered promoters to get Land Khata created for Apartment Land.

2. RERA Authority complaint No 00002/2024 order dated 03.06.2026 between Mr Yaganandan Jagannathan versus Smart Value Homes Pvt Ltd where RERA Authority ordered promoters to Transfer Apartment Land Khata to Authorised Association of Allottees.

Dear Chief Minister of Karnataka Sri DK Shivakumar ji , PM Sri Narendra Modi ji,

Corruption in Govt is the root of all these Scams. Please enable Strong Anti Corruption Department with Time Bound investigation and time bound action. More importantly create law where if any Corrupt officer is caught with Prime Facia evidence, the looted money should automatically become part of Treasury. That way Govt can get extra revenues and corrupt officers think twice to take bribe.
