In the gentle hum of insects and the rustle of leaves, nature reminds us to slow down.

Captured by , this immersive ASMR experience invites you into the heart of the forest, where life unfolds at its own pace and every sound tells a story.

As we mark World Environment Day, take a moment to pause, listen, and reconnect with the natural world around you. Time spent in nature can help us feel more grounded, present, and connected to our surroundings and to ourselves.

Breathe deeply. Listen closely. Reconnect with nature.

Guys, healing really became part of the group chat now!🫶🏼

Mental health conversations online have changed a lot across generations. Millennials made conversations around therapy, burnout and healing more acceptable online, and Gen Z translated those same emotions into meme culture, chaos and one-line coping mechanisms.

The language may sound unserious, but the openness isn’t. A whole generation turned “I’m struggling” into something easier to say out loud and that shift probably helped more people feel seen than we realise.

The Live Love Laugh Foundation launched the Corporate Mental Health & Well-being Program at NuWare with the shared objective of creating a more supportive, aware, and psychologically safe workplace.

The launch brought together Venk Krishnan (Co-founder & CEO, NuWare), Anisha Padukone (CEO, The Live Love Laugh Foundation), and Dr. Divya Kannan (Clinical Psychologist)) for a thoughtful conversation on leadership responsibility, workplace well-being, psychological safety, and the importance of creating workplaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported. The session concluded with a grounding exercise led by Dr. Divya Kannan, encouraging participants to pause, reflect, and engage mindfully.

This launch event marked the beginning of NuWare ensuring the beginning of an open dialogue with their employees, collective responsibility and a deeper commitment to mental well-being at their workplace.

“I’m fine.”

We say it so casually that we barely even think about it anymore.

But sometimes it means:

“I’m exhausted.”
“I’m overwhelmed.”
“I don’t know how to talk about what I’m feeling.”

Or simply,

“I don’t want to burden anyone.”

Take this as a small reminder to check in a little deeper with the people around you. To listen without rushing to respond or fix things. And to make space for more honest conversations.

Because a lot of people who say “I’m fine” are carrying much more than they let on.

I did not understand that the mind could suffer silently, and that stress, fear, and worry could affect the body just as deeply as physical illness.

That changed in 2015, when my life took a turn I never expected. What began as worry and sleeplessness slowly became a battle for my sense of peace. Today, after years of struggle, healing, and learning, I can say that my mental health journey transformed me completely. It taught me how to live with greater clarity and self-awareness.

I have always been focused on building a secure future for my family. Because of work commitments, my wife and I lived in different cities. In 2014, when my son was born, alongside the joy came a deep sense of responsibility. Since they were living in another city, I constantly worried about their safety and well-being.

At first, I thought it was normal. But slowly, the worry began taking over my thoughts. Then one evening, I experienced my first panic attack. My heart raced, my hands trembled, and I felt like I could not breathe. I was convinced I was having a heart attack.

What helped me most during that time was awareness. I began learning more about mental health and explored deep breathing, meditation, sound therapy, and other calming techniques. But what truly helped was understanding what I was going through and recognising that mental health challenges deserve the same care and attention as any other health condition.

Today, I see my journey as a story of hope, healing, and self-awareness. Do I still face challenges? Yes, just like everyone else. But now, I approach them with greater awareness, clarity, and understanding.

I truly hope that if my journey can help even one person feel less alone, it will mean something.

Mental health care becomes more accessible when it is shaped with communities, not just for them.

In rural settings, progress often begins with trust, local leadership, and consistent presence.

This is what change can look like when care is grounded in compassion, patience, and shared responsibility.

Many organisations believe they’re doing enough for employee mental health.
But as these myths show, awareness alone doesn’t translate into support—and visibility doesn’t always reflect reality.

Employees may appear fine while struggling, choose silence over disclosure, or hesitate to access support if the environment doesn’t feel safe. For leaders, this creates a critical gap between intent and impact.

At The Live Love Laugh Foundation, we partner with organisations to move from intent to impact—building workplaces where mental health is recognised, supported, and sustained.
