When Winpe began its journey, we had a vision. What gave us the confidence to pursue it were the leaders who chose to believe in it.

For nearly six years, Shyamala Gopinath has been one of those leaders.

She didn't just advise us—she walked alongside us. From shaping the Winpe ProClub Mentorship Program to joining our Leadership Summit & Awards, celebrating milestones, and always making time whenever Winpe called, her guidance has been a constant source of strength.

For someone who has shaped India's financial landscape to so generously invest her time in our mission has been a privilege we will always cherish.

Not every setback is a failure. Not every successful outcome means the decision was right.

That's what made The Honest Debrief — What We Got Wrong on Both Sides of the Table such an honest conversation. We skipped the polished PR success stories and went straight for the messy middle.

Together, Anjali Sosale, Hardika Shah, and Bhavna Suresh reflected on the assumptions behind difficult decisions, the turning points that reshape a founder's and investor's journey, and how experience changes judgment over time.
