Some moments tell you the industry is changing. WLSA 2026 was one of them.

On March 31st at Taj Lands End, Mumbai, the 4th edition of the Winpe Leadership Summit & Awards brought together member firms, LPs, GPs, and leaders across Indian PEVC to reflect on our collective DEI progress and shape a stronger, more inclusive ecosystem.

From the Women in PEVC gathering and tête-à-tête, to the Annual Winpe Women in PEVC Portrait — a powerful visual testament to the rising presence of women in investing, to the State of Winpe, followed by a spotlight on our latest initiatives — Winpe Women on Boards & WeWin Venture Capital — and the Inclusion Workshop, the day reflected clear momentum.

In the Diversity in Action segment, member firms including A91 Partners, AZB & Partners, ChrysCapital, Everstone Group, Multiples Alternate Asset Management, Lighthouse Funds, and WaterBridge Ventures showcased how they are embedding diversity across their organisations in partnership with Winpe.

The Winpe Leadership Awards were a highlight and the energy in the room — made it clear that these awards have become a true mark of credibility in Indian PEVC. Congratulations to all winners and finalists — you raised the standard with your performance and inclusive practices.
