Another Chance
This World Environment Day, we chose to see those leftovers differently. Instead of discarding the roots and stems after using the spinach in our meals, we replanted them and gave them a second chance to grow.
What began as kitchen scraps slowly transformed into fresh greens once again—reminding us that sustainability is not always about doing more. Sometimes, it is simply about wasting less.
Through this small experiment, we learned that nature has a remarkable way of renewing itself when given the opportunity. A little soil, a little patience, and a lot of respect for resources can go a long way.
