🦷 Healthy Smiles, Brighter Futures! 🌟

On 31st July 2026, a Dental Health Camp was conducted for the children of Devarabeesanahalli Government School, in collaboration with Rotary Palmville and RV Dental College, Bengaluru.
The camp focused on promoting oral health awareness and preventive dental care among children who may have limited access to regular dental services. Dental professionals and student volunteers examined the children, identified common oral-health concerns, and provided guidance on appropriate follow-up care.
An engaging awareness session covered proper brushing techniques, regular dental check-ups, healthy food habits, and prevention of common dental problems. The children were encouraged to adopt simple daily habits that can lead to healthier smiles and better overall well-being.

🌟 An Evening of Inspiration & Purpose 🌟

At our Rotary meeting on 30th July, we had the privilege of hosting NGO Mitra for Life, who shared their inspiring mission of empowering mentally disabled individuals in rural Karnataka.

Their heartfelt presentation highlighted how compassion, skill development, and community support can transform lives by enabling individuals with intellectual disabilities to become more independent, confident, and included in society.

As Rotarians, we believe that meaningful change begins with understanding, collaboration, and service. We sincerely thank the team from Mitra for Life for sharing their impactful work and reminding us that every individual deserves dignity, opportunity, and the chance to reach their full potential.

💙 Supporting Every Child, Celebrating Every Ability 💙
On 21st July 2026, Rotary Club of Bengaluru HSR, in collaboration with Inner Wheel, supported Deepika School for Special Children through a meaningful community service initiative.

The project was made possible through the generous contribution of Rtn. Nandini, who donated ₹50,000 through Rotary Club of Bengaluru HSR and ₹65,000 through Inner Wheel, demonstrating a heartfelt commitment to empowering children with special needs.

This initiative reflects the power of compassion, collaboration, and service. Together, we can help create a more inclusive society where every child is valued, supported, and given the opportunity to thrive.
