Today, two of our core members of Smile Society, Khusal Sharma and Tushar, donated blood at Balasore District Headquarter Hospital. Kushal donated blood for a lady, while Tushar came forward to help an elderly man. Their selfless acts reflect the true spirit of humanity and service. We are immensely proud of them.

May Lord Jagannath bless them both with strength and success in all their future endeavours.

Awareness Drive for Animal Welfare | Smile Society

In collaboration with the District Veterinary Office, Smile Society organized an awareness camp at Ward-13 and near ITI Chhak to sensitize citizens about the Emergency Animal Helpline and the necessary summer precautions for stray cows and dogs.

With rising temperatures, it's crucial that we look out for our voiceless companions. The helpline, currently functional within the municipality limits, is a vital step in this direction. Officials have assured that it will soon be operational 24/7 and extended beyond the municipal boundaries in the coming months.

Despite his own home in Haripur, Remuna constituency, being affected by floodwaters after Cyclone Dana, Harihara braved the conditions to reach the blood bank. Truly inspiring dedication to humanity. 🙏

Our Story

SMILE OBJECTIVES :

1. *PLANTATION OF TREES* : At Smile foundation , each and every member of our society would be responsible for the plantation of 2 plants , and looking after it till it grows. Also reports of the health of the plant shall be taken after regular intervals to ensure proper care being taken of the growth.

2. *BLOOD DONATION* : Members of our society are ready to donate blood to the needy during emergencies. Helpline number would be provided at the hospitals , so that arrangement of Blood can be done to the patient as soon as possible.
