We bid farewell to our MSW interns from Fakir Mohan University, Nuapadhi, Balasore, as they successfully completed their internship with Balasore Social Service Society (BSSS).👨🎓
As part of the internship closure, the interns delivered a comprehensive presentation highlighting their field experiences, key learnings, observations, and contributions made during their engagement with various community development initiatives. The presentation reflected their understanding of grassroots realities and the practical application of social work concepts in the field.
An exit interview was also conducted, providing an opportunity for reflection, feedback, and discussion on their learning journey, achievements, and future aspirations. The session enabled both the interns and the organization to share valuable insights for continuous learning and improvement.
Throughout their internship, the interns actively participated in community mobilization, awareness programmes, group meetings, field visits, documentation, and development interventions. Their dedication, enthusiasm, and commitment to learning enriched our work and demonstrated the importance of experiential learning in shaping future social work professionals.
