Empowering Rural Women Through Entrepreneurship 🌸🌿

A 15-day Micro Enterprise Development Programme (MEDP), organized by Jagrati Sansthan with the support of NABARD, was successfully completed at Motisar, Pushkar, Ajmer under the initiative of Pushkar Kisan Samriddhi Producer Company Limited.

From 4 May to 18 May 2026, 30 rural women participated in hands-on training focused on value-added products made from Amla and Rose, including:
✨ Gulkand
✨ Rose Sharbat
✨ Amla Candy
✨ Amla Murabba
✨ Juice & other herbal products

The training also covered:
✔️ Packaging & Branding
✔️ Quality Control
✔️ Marketing Skills
✔️ Enterprise Management
✔️ Government Scheme Awareness

The closing ceremony was graced by Rubina Bano, who appreciated the initiative for promoting women-led rural enterprises and sustainable livelihoods.

Special thanks to trainers Sethu Rawat and Bhagwan Singh for their valuable guidance and practical sessions.

This initiative has inspired many women to start their own micro-enterprises and connect with Farmer Producer Organizations for future livelihood opportunities.

🌸 Empowering Rural Women Through Skill Development & Entrepreneurship 🌸
A 15-day Micro Enterprise Development Programme (MEDP) training has been successfully initiated by Jagrati Sansthan in collaboration with NABARD - National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development at Pushkar Kisan Samriddhi Producer Company Limited, Village Motisar, Pushkar, Ajmer, Rajasthan.
The training program, organized from 4th May to 18th May 2026, is empowering 30 rural women with practical skills in Amla processing and Rose-based value-added products such as Gulkand, Rose Sharbat, Amla Candy, Juice, Murabba, and more.
The inauguration was graced by Ms.Rubina Bano, District Development Manager (DDM), NABARD Ajmer, who emphasized the importance of connecting rural women with value addition, micro-enterprises, and sustainable livelihood opportunities.
The program also focuses on:

✅ Product Packaging & Branding
✅ Quality Control
✅ Marketing & Business Management
✅ Government Scheme Awareness
Under the guidance of expert trainers Mr. Sethu Rawat and Mr. Bhagwan Singh, participants are receiving hands-on technical and business training using modern machinery and infrastructure available at the training center.
This initiative is a strong step towards women empowerment, self-reliance, and strengthening the rural economy through sustainable micro-enterprises.

🌟 Impactful Eye Care Initiative at Jalsu 🌟

Jalsu, April 27, 2026 – A large Free Cataract Screening & Eye Lens Transplant Camp was successfully organized at Baba Bhagirath Das Ji Bagichi, Main Bus Stand, Jalsu under the joint efforts of Sankara Eye Hospital and Jagrati Sansthan, with the generous support of ALTIMETRIK (CSR Initiative).

👁️‍🗨️ Key Highlights:

238 patients registered and screened
38 patients identified for free lens transplant surgeries
Beneficiaries transported to Sankara Eye Hospital, Jaipur for advanced treatment
Facilities included stitch-less surgery, spectacles, food, accommodation & transport – all free of cost

🎖️ The program was graced by Amer MLA Shri Prashant Sahdev Sharma as the Chief Guest, who appreciated the initiative as a true example of public welfare and encouraged more people to benefit from such services.

The camp witnessed active participation from local leaders, social workers, and community members, reflecting strong grassroots engagement and commitment to health awareness.

👁️ Successful Completion of Free Eye Camp 👁️

We are proud to share that the Free Cataract Screening & Eye Lens Implantation Camp organized by Jagrati Sansthan, Viratnagar in collaboration with Sankara Eye Hospital has been successfully completed. This program organized on 6 April,2026.

✨ The camp created a meaningful impact by benefiting 50–75 patients, providing them with essential eye check-ups, consultations, and access to advanced treatment facilities.

💙 This initiative reflects our continuous commitment towards community health, especially for those who lack access to quality eye care. The smiles and improved vision of the beneficiaries are our biggest achievements.

🙏 Heartfelt thanks to all doctors, volunteers, and supporters who made this impactful program possible.

🎥 Insightful Address by DDM, NABARD – CAT Exposure Visit 2026 🌿

During the flag-off ceremony of the 3-day Capacity Building for Adoption of Technology (CAT) Exposure Visit, the District Development Manager (DDM), NABARD, shared a detailed message about the objectives and impact of this training program.

In her address, she highlighted the pivotal role of National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) in strengthening farmers’ capacities through exposure, technology adoption, and market-oriented interventions. She explained what the participating farmers will learn during the visit and how this knowledge will help them enhance their income and entrepreneurial skills.

She also appreciated the continuous efforts of Jagrati Sansthan in mobilizing and guiding farmers towards innovation and value addition in agriculture.

The farmers from Pushkar are visiting the renowned Fragrance & Flavour Development Centre (FFDC), Kannauj, where they will gain practical exposure to the cultivation, processing, and marketing of fragrant flowers and essential oil crops.

This specialized training program is being organized from 12th to 14th February 2026, aiming to equip farmers with technical knowledge, industry insights, and new livelihood opportunities in the aromatic crop sector.
