Ahmad Sewa Sansthan AHMAD SEWA SANSTHAN is a voluntary organization. No children deserve to face malnutrition.

“ NAI ZINDAGI” a Program has been initiated to improve the living condition of marginalized rural children at grassroot level. It’s vision is to ensure attainment of malnutrition free society with the objective to reduce stunted growth in identified areas through awareness and sensitization. More children under the age of five die in India than anywhare else in the world. A recent estimate puts this figure at over 5 million children a year –over 4500 child death a day.43% of Indian children under 5 years are underweight and 48% (i.e. 61 million children are stunted due to chronic undernutrition. India accounts for more than 3 out of every 10 stunted childern in the world .Undernutrition is subtantially higher in rural than in urban areas.Undernutrition lead to stunted growth, which is associated with impaired cognitive ability and reduced school and work performance.Nearly half of the deaths in children under 5 are attributed to undernutrition that puts children at greater risk of dieing from common infection,increase the frequency and severity of such infections and delays recovery.

The session provided a space for young people to learn, share experiences, build confidence, and develop practical skills for everyday life.

Ahmad Sewa Sansthan organized a meaningful learning session at Banglachak, Bahraich, U.P. on “Perspective Building towards Constitutional Values.”
The session created a space for youth to learn, share ideas, reflect and grow, while exploring values like Justice, Liberty, Equality, Fraternity and Dignity.
