#महिला_सशक्तिकरण का अर्थ महिलाओं को सामाजिक, आर्थिक और राजनीतिक रूप से इतना मजबूत बनाना है कि वे अपने जीवन से जुड़े निर्णय स्वयं ले सकें। यह लैंगिक भेदभाव को मिटाकर महिलाओं को शिक्षा, समान अवसर और आत्मनिर्भरता प्रदान करने की एक सतत प्रक्रिया है।

#महिला_सशक्तिकरण के मुख्य प्रकार
सामाजिक सशक्तिकरण: समाज में महिलाओं को पुरुषों के समान दर्जा और सम्मान दिलाना, ताकि वे पर्दा प्रथा, बाल विवाह और हिंसा जैसी कुरीतियों से मुक्त हो सकें।

आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण: महिलाओं को रोजगार, स्वरोजगार और संपत्ति के स्वामित्व का अधिकार देना ताकि वे आर्थिक रूप से किसी पर निर्भर न रहें।

राजनीतिक सशक्तिकरण: शासन और प्रशासन में महिलाओं की भागीदारी बढ़ाना। भारत में पंचायती राज से लेकर संसद तक में आरक्षण के माध्यम से उनकी उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित की गई है।
शैक्षिक सशक्तिकरण: बालिकाओं को शिक्षित करना ताकि वे अपने अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूक हों और समाज में अपनी सशक्त पहचान बना सकें।

भारत में #महिला_सशक्तिकरण की आवश्यकता क्यों है?
प्राचीन काल से ही भारतीय समाज पुरुष-प्रधान रहा है, जहाँ महिलाओं को सीमित अधिकारों के साथ घर की चारदीवारी तक ही सीमित रखा गया। लैंगिक असमानता, शिक्षा की कमी और कार्यस्थलों पर वेतन में असमानता के कारण महिलाओं का सर्वांगीण विकास बाधित हुआ है। अतः उनके अधिकारों की रक्षा और समाज के संपूर्ण विकास के लिए सशक्तिकरण बेहद जरूरी है।
