Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh, Respected Donors and Esteemed Members,

We hope and pray that you and your families are in good health and well-being. After a considerable period, we are once again reaching out to you with humility and hope. The purpose of this appeal is to bring to your kind attention the current needs of your own organization, Akh Aash Trust Kremshore, a government-recognized and registered charitable trust, with its registered office located near J&K Bank, Kremshore.

Over the years, your continued trust and generous financial support have enabled Akh Aash Trust Kremshore to provide timely medical assistance and humanitarian support to numerous needy and underprivileged individuals. With your help, we have been able to extend essential medical services to patients who otherwise would have had limited access to such facilities.

However, during the ongoing winter season, there has been a significant rise in medical emergencies and patient care requirements. Due to this increased demand, our stock of essential medical equipment, including patient beds, oxygen concentrators, air mattresses, and other critical medical support items, has been completely exhausted.

These medical resources are crucial for the care, treatment, and comfort of patients—particularly the elderly, chronically ill, and those requiring emergency or home-based medical support. The current shortage has adversely affected our ability to respond promptly and effectively to urgent medical needs within the community.

In light of this situation, we humbly and earnestly appeal to our respected donors, well-wishers, and group members to extend their financial assistance, according to their capacity, to help us urgently procure the required medical equipment. Every contribution, regardless of size, will directly support the restoration and continuation of these essential services.

We also kindly request you to share this appeal with your friends, relatives, and other community members, so that more people may participate in this noble cause. Collective support and shared responsibility can bring meaningful relief to those who are suffering and in urgent need of medical care.
