May Sonam would be an influencer and reformer, as you all are saying. But how much does he know about national security? Did he know he could control a mob of people? Wasn’t he able to do development work like Abhayanand, as people are doing? Didn’t he want success like Arvind Kejriwal, who used Anna Hazare’s identity to gain success? Nowadays it is easy to become a leader—it feels like a shortcut. Otherwise, it is very difficult to become a leader, since everyone is using the old methods. But he was intelligent and tried a new one.

I think he should not organize any protest. If you are doing well, then why are you doing all this nonsense?

What About the GIC Principal Eligibility?

Unfortunately, reliable information for eligibility to become a GIC Principal (or “Head of Institution”) is currently unavailable through official or trusted public sources. The only reference I found traces back to older SESSB (Secondary Education Service Selection Board) rules, not specific to GIC/GGIC or UPPSC processes, and these date back several years.

For accurate and up-to-date details, it’s best to:

Visit the official UPPSC website (particularly under “Notices” or “Recruitment” sections)

Monitor PCS (Provincial Civil Services) notifications or updates

Look for dedicated recruitment releases for the Principal post.

Which year the Bihar Election Commission (specifically the Central Election Commission’s activity around the SIR topic) is referring to, or

In what year certain actions—like the Special Intensive Revision (SIR)—are taking place in Bihar elections.

Let me clarify with accurate and up-to-date information:

---

Year & Context: Bihar Election Commission & SIR

The 2025 Bihar Legislative Assembly elections are scheduled for October or November 2025.

Ahead of these elections, the Election Commission of India (ECI) launched a Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Bihar during mid-2025.

Key Milestones of SIR (2025):

Enumeration Phase ran from June 24 to around July 20, 2025.

A Claims & Objections window was open from August 1 to September 1, 2025, allowing voters to add corrections or re-add names.

Following a Supreme Court order, a list of approximately 65 lakh voters deleted during the SIR process was uploaded within 56 hours, ensuring transparency.
