Marathwada Gramin Vikas Sanstha (MGVS)

Position: Project Coordinator (Technical)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/- per month (Based on Experience)
Location: 15 Villages, Ghansawangi Block, District Jalna, Maharashtra

Educational Qualification
B.Tech. (Civil Engineering) / Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.Tech. (Agricultural Engineering)

Candidates with relevant technical qualifications and experience in water resource management will be preferred.

Experience
-Minimum 3 years of experience in Water Conservation, Watershed Development, Integrated Water Resource Management (IWRM), Rural Water Supply, or Natural Resource Management Projects.
-Experience of working with NGOs/Government projects will be an added advantage.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
-Coordinate and supervise implementation of water conservation and watershed activities across 15 project villages.
-Prepare technical estimates, measurements (MB), site supervision, quality monitoring, and documentation.
-Conduct field surveys, layout marking, and monitoring of civil works.
-Coordinate with Gram Panchayats, Village Development Committees (VDCs), Water User Groups (WUGs), and Government Departments.
-Ensure timely implementation of project activities as per approved work plan.
-Prepare weekly, monthly, and progress reports with photographs and technical documentation.
-Support project planning, budgeting, monitoring, and evaluation activities.
-Ensure quality control, timely completion of activities, and compliance with project guidelines.
-Willingness to travel extensively and work in rural villages.

Required Skills
-Strong knowledge of Water Conservation and Watershed Structures.
-Experience in Estimation, Surveying, Leveling, MB Preparation, and Site Monitoring.
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and report writing.
-Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
-Ability to coordinate with government officials and community institutions.
-Valid two-wheeler driving license will be preferred.

Preference
-Candidates from Jalna, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Beed, and nearby districts will be given preference.
