THAKUR CHANDRABHAN SEVA SANSTHAN

TCSS, a charitable society, was formed in the fond remembrance of freedom fighter Thakur Chandrabhan Singh (1892-1996). It came into being with the registration vide the Socities Registration Act 21, 1860 in the year 2000. It is also registered under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA), 1976. The society’s foremost priorities are Healthcare, Education a

nd Vocational training for livelihood generation. In addition, it has been campaigning for women empowerment, character development of the youth and environment conservation. TCSS, which started with providing health care facilities to the people in the rural areas of Bihar and Jharkhand and organizing sports events for the youth, has taken up various causes for social upliftment through community participation.
