All it takes is a team with lived experience 💙💙 Scientific and empathetic are the two basic characteristics of our team . One is inherent and the other learnt .

Knowing the 4 T’s can save lives by detecting early … who should know them? Everyone !
In UDAAN’s one child one school project, each child living with T1d becomes an ambassador to their school. Putting us posters , information and sensitisation done by those who feel it most .

Mind Matters 💙.
At Udaan , our team constantly updates and upskills.
One of the biggest challenge we face is psychosocial support. How do we ensure that every single person feels supported and valued ? . How do we unsure every T1D family is guided towards therapy if and when needed ?
All this … in low resource setting .

We learn on the go.. team learning motivational interviewing from Kanak . We are committed to keep trying !

Little ones with T1D .. such a delight ! Yet quite a task to manage . Seeing them smiling and feeling at home in UDAAN drives us to do more .. everyday ! Respect to their parents for so much care and effort 🙌
