पीपल्स एज्युकेशन सोसायटीचे ज्युनिअर कॉलेज ऑफ एज्युकेशन (D.El.Ed.), सीबीडी बेलापूर, मुंबई येथील प्राचार्य एम. बी. पवार यांनी ICTPES 2026 मध्ये सहभागी होत पीईएस संस्थेतील अंतर्गत गटबाजीच्या प्रश्नावर आपली ठाम आणि स्पष्ट भूमिका मांडली.

संस्थेतील गटबाजीचा शैक्षणिक कामकाज, प्रशासकीय व्यवस्था आणि संस्थेच्या सर्वांगीण विकासावर होणारा परिणाम याबाबत त्यांनी परखडपणे आपले विचार व्यक्त केले.

संस्थेच्या हिताला प्राधान्य देत एकजूट, सकारात्मक वातावरण आणि संस्थेच्या विकासासाठी सामूहिक प्रयत्नांची गरज त्यांनी आपल्या मांडणीतून अधोरेखित केली.

प्रा. दिनेश वडतकर, पीईएस अभियांत्रिकी महाविद्यालय यांनी “शिक्षण व्यवस्थेतील विषारी हितचिंतक” या विषयावर आपले विचार मांडले.

संस्थेत प्राध्यापक म्हणून कार्यरत असताना काही विशिष्ठ व्यक्तींकडून होणारा मानसिक त्रास, छळवणूक आणि सूडबुद्धीने निर्माण होणाऱ्या अडचणींचा कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या वैयक्तिक जीवनावर होणारा परिणाम याबाबत त्यांनी आपल्या अनुभवांच्या आणि अभ्यासाच्या आधारे सविस्तर विश्लेषण मांडले.

अशा प्रकारच्या परिस्थितीमुळे अनेक प्राध्यापक व कर्मचाऱ्यांच्या जीवनावर गंभीर परिणाम झाल्याचे नमूद करत, भविष्यात कोणत्याही प्राध्यापक किंवा कर्मचाऱ्याला अशा अनुभवांना सामोरे जावे लागू नये, अशी भावनाही त्यांनी व्यक्त केली.

संस्थेत कार्यरत प्रत्येक कर्मचारी सन्मानाने, सुरक्षित आणि आनंदी वातावरणात काम करू शकेल, हे संस्थेच्या शैक्षणिक गुणवत्ता व सर्वांगीण विकासासाठी अत्यंत महत्त्वाचे असल्याचे त्यांनी अधोरेखित केले.

तसेच, या विषयावर आंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तरावर व्यापक विचारविनिमय आणि संवाद होणे आवश्यक आहे, अशी भूमिका त्यांनी ICTPES 2026 च्या विचारमंचावरून मांडली.

Shri. Vijay Salve, Research Scholar from Majalgaon, Beed, presenting his research paper titled “People’s Education Society: Past, Present, Future and Buddhist Perspective” at ICTPES 2026.

Through his research, he explored the journey of the People’s Education Society from its past to the present, its future possibilities, and the institution through a Buddhist perspective.
