Yesterday, on 14th July 2026, the Consumer Rights Organization (CRO) Team, West Bengal, successfully organized a Consumer Awareness Programme to educate people about their consumer rights and responsibilities.

The programme aimed to empower consumers with knowledge about their legal rights, encourage informed purchasing decisions, and promote awareness of consumer protection laws.
