On National Education Day, the team of EHSAAS-FDNS, are happy to share that we have launched a unique hybrid internship program exclusively for Master of Social Work (MSW) students. This isn't your usual hands-on training-it's an opportunity to explore and shape your own vision in social work, encouraging students to look at society like a blank canvas, ready to be transformed with their ideas.
Social work, as we know, is a blend of art and science. Through this internship, students are guided to:
Identify a real problem,
Gather relevant data,
Document findings,
And work toward a practical solution.
This method helps students develop critical skills in observing and analyzing social issues.
Four dedicated students from the University of Bankura recently completed this program.
