Vengoor Youths have started operating from August 2007 with an idea of community service by Bunch of young guys. Within a Span of 5yrs the bunch has emerged into a group with wider prospective of community services with a focus on individual growth and development which will indirectly help the community to grow and develop. Vengoor Youths actively interact with the society and participate in all
the social development activity without any discrimination to particular Age, Cast, Religion or political party. Today Vengoor Youths have grown and gained respect in the community with various initiatives of Services and Social activities, we are mix of 25 members young and old and 3 Coordinators who stand together with only one focus of community development and service. In last 4years Vengoor Youths have taken various initiative towards community development which are mentioned below :
1. French Acrobatics Show
2. Logistic assistance to all the temple related activities in and around vengoor.
3. Free Food supply to various orphanages.
4. Free Books to Kids of poor families.
5. Yoga classes for Senior Citizens.
6. Personality Development Classes for Young Students
7. Arranged Guest Lectures on various traditional Values
8. Sponsored Catract Operation for the Poor
10. Honouring students who have top scored in 10th and 12th
11. Opened New Library
12. Piggy banking to encourage students
13. Free plants and seeds distribution
14. Logistic assistance to vengoorans celebrations
15. Running newsgroups via mails & sms
16. Launched magazine
17. Planning to launch magazines & newsletters every month
18. Onam,xmas,newyear,vishu celebrations
