Good morning dear child of God,
below are some bible verses weave together a powerful message about the true heart of faith: that **our love for God is best measured by our compassion for people.**
Whether in the wisdom of the Proverbs, the warnings of the Prophets, or the direct teaching of Jesus, a consistent theme emerges—righteousness is not merely a private or spiritual state, but a public and practical one. When we share our food with the hungry, provide clothing for the naked, or offer hospitality to the stranger, we are not just performing a civic duty; we are engaging in an act of worship.
Jesus makes the stakes incredibly clear in Matthew 25: **how we treat the "least of these" is exactly how we treat Him.** True "goodness" isn't found in what we accumulate, but in what we distribute.
