Today, specially-abled, deaf & dumb participants proudly took part in the final arm wrestling championship of Jammu & Kashmir, proving that determination and courage are stronger than any disability. We are deeply thankful to Mrs. Nusrat Gazala, the active Divisional Sports Officer Jammu and Kashmir for attending as the chief guest and encouraging every participant with her motivating words and support. Her presence truly boosted the confidence of these talented athletes. We strongly believe that disabled individuals have the passion, strength, and capability to shine in every sport and every field of life. The only thing that truly hurts and limits them is non-accessibility and the lack of proper facilities. Therefore, we sincerely request the government and authorities to ensure complete accessibility, equal opportunities, and proper support systems for persons with disabilities so they can live with independence, dignity, and self-respect while proudly representing society at every level

As a disabled citizen, I strongly support the vision of a Nasha Mukta Bharat a drug-free India where every young person chooses hope, education, and humanity over addiction. Drug abuse is silently destroying families, dreams, and the future of our society. We may have physical disabilities, but we clearly understand the pain that addiction brings to homes and communities. True strength is not found in drugs, but in discipline, courage, and positive thinking. Together, let us raise awareness, support those fighting addiction, and work towards building a healthier, safer, and brighter India for future generations.

In the modern era, persons with disabilities still face many serious challenges in their daily lives, especially because of poor accessibility systems. One of the biggest problems is the lack of ramps in public and private places. Whenever a disabled person needs to visit an office, hospital, college, school, government department, or any private sector building, they often struggle because proper ramp facilities are missing. Even visiting important officials like the DC office becomes difficult when buildings are not designed for everyone. Sadly, this issue is not limited to offices only; even many mosques and community places do not have ramps, making access hard for disabled individuals. This creates a feeling of exclusion, as if persons with disabilities are being kept away from society, despite being equal members of it. They have the same rights, dignity, and need for participation as everyone else. Therefore, every newly constructed building must include ramps and other accessibility features so that disabled persons can move freely, independently, and with respect. An inclusive society is one where no one is left behind

​At a time when the world's non-profits are focused on healing humanity and the environment, Japan’s shift toward a more aggressive military posture is causing alarm. For many, these policy changes evoke the era of 1943, raising fears of a return to a more militarized past—an era that resulted in unparalleled human suffering and saw experiments on living beings as a pinnacle of cruelty.
​1. The "Pacifist" Era is Ending
​Japan has recently made historic moves that end decades of post-war restraint:
​Lethal Arms Exports: For the first time since 1967, Japan has scrapped its ban on exporting lethal weapons. In early 2026, it signed its largest-ever arms deal to provide frigates to Australia.
​Record Defense Spending: The 2026 defense budget reached approximately 10.6 trillion yen, marking twelve consecutive years of increases.
​Counter-Strike Capabilities: The government has embraced a "denial strategy," building long-range missiles—a major departure from its strictly "defense-only".
