What does it take to work with rural communities across India to become -Safe? 🤔

This is INREM's vision, how do we get there ? 🚰

This vision needs focus on the problems and its solutions to save lives. It needs commitment from not a single organisation, but a collaboration with many agencies. Most importantly, it will need perseverance to achieve this goal.

One will need to take that leap of faith , to discover the path 👣 to solving such complex problems - how do you save lives from increasing contamination of our water bodies. Team INREM 🤝 is taking this leap in its programs.

INREM team met recently. All 40 of us were in a beautiful campus of Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) in calm town of Anand, Gujarat. The April heat didn't stop us from getting together in making memories filled with a lot of laughter, joy & celebrations ✌. You can see in the pictures.

Across 3 days, we remained focused on exploring hashtag -Safe Communities 💡 through game-based learning. We build our vision by connecting the dots & collaborating within ourselves to understand this journey with its visible milestones. We emerged more clear to take this ahead.

We believe by uniting diverse individuals and organisations🏅 - together we will achieve the goal of rural communities to become hashtag -Safe. Do you want to join us - on this journey, together with us? 🤝

Glimpses from today's National Conference on "Sustaining Water Quality Management in Water Supply Schemes" organised to support Jal Jeevan Mission, India at SPM - National Institute of Water & Sanitation, Kolkata.

Jal Jeevan Mission Director, Pradeep Singh Ji initiated the discussion and stressed on the importance on establishing protocols for Water Quality Data & sustaining infrastructure. He also shared glimpses of Jal Jeevan Mission Citizen Corner dashboard - which gives information about water supply in households, water quality with village level performance.

Experiences to improve community engagement by members of Madhya Pradesh PHED in strengthening in different districts of Madhya Pradesh.

Jal Jeevan Mission, Assam shared their experiences on the innovation in Digital Water Stack i.e. JJM Brain for Holistic Water Governance - where real time data for water supply, water quality metrics and JJM infrastructure is maintained.
