Vidya Dairy, in collaboration with Faculty of Dairy Science, Anand, is pleased to announce a 6-day training programme aimed at enhancing the knowledge and sensory skills of professionals in the dairy industry.

💰 Programme Fee: ₹15,000 + 18% GST per participant
(Inclusive of food & AC accommodation – double occupancy)

We just wrapped up a 6-day training program at Vidya Dairy designed to make dairy technology simple and exciting for professionals from other fields.

👥 18 participants from dairies, machinery companies, and dairy product manufacturers joined us to:
✨ Learn about milk processing & product technologies
✨ Explore cheese, fermented products & milk powder tech
✨ Understand utilities, hygiene & quality assurance
✨ Experience hands-on plant visits & live demonstrations

Vidya Dairy in association with Amul (GCMMF), successfully organized a 3-day Training Program on "Overview of SAP System (All Modules)" from July 24 to 26, 2025. This program empowered professionals with the digital tools and system understanding that drive efficiency across the dairy value chain.

A total of 30 participants from diverse functions actively participated in the program, gaining a 360° perspective on how SAP integrates business processes to enable smarter decision-making.

Besides imparting regular training to B. Tech (DT) students, the dairy has also forayed into organizing Short Term Training Programmes for the benefit of the industry in association with the Faculty of SMC College of Dairy Science, Anand. These programmes are aimed at giving broad orientation of technological and analytical aspects of milk and milk products along with hands-on-experience of the operations to the dairy / non-dairy personnel working in plant and laboratory areas. This aspect refreshes their knowledge and enriches the skills of practicing dairy / non-dairy executives which ultimately helps the organization to improve efficiency, reduce cycle time and cost. The training programmes are designed taking into consideration the recent requirements of the dairy industry. Tailor made training programmes are also designed as per the requirement of an organization, to fulfill the needs of the participants.
