We must enjoy nature to maintain our emotional and psychological health. When we do this, our physical health will remain in good shape and we will be able to live life to the fullest.

Human-birth is also a Gift from Waheguru Ji. So, we must live well and we must also let others live peacefully.

If possible, we must always try to help others in any way, whether monetarily or with emotional support or even by sharing our positivity through giving good thoughts and ideas about living life with moral values.

If we live life according to the teachings of Guru Nanak Sahibji Jot passed on to Guru Gobind Singhji and now in Guru Granth Sahibji, then life becomes easy to live.

Life becomes difficult and painful if we don’t believe and don’t understand that both happiness and sorrow are part of life, just as day & night, profit & loss. Ultimately, life itself will and must end, at the destined time. Life is a struggle and it can be enjoyed by only those who happily accept everything and every relationship they have been given to live life.

We must always live with contentment. We should never be jealous of anyone’s comforts and we must never harm anyone in any way. We should try to bring a smile on the face of others. If we cannot help someone, it’s alright. But then, we must never harm anyone.

We are all flowers of many colours, in the large garden of Waheguruji. We must spread fragrance, all around in the world. All of us have many good qualities and abilities which we must utilize for our own growth and also to help others. By doing so, we will feel very good about ourselves and we will also spread goodwill all around. When we do good deeds, our children also follow us and they become good humans, who will do everything as per the teachings of Guru Maharaaj. So, the world can become a beautiful and fragrant.

Service to humanity is service to Waheguruji.
