A Step Towards Women Empowerment in Village Thuhi Nabha Punjab District Patiala

The Founder of Anmol Sewa Foundation, Dr. Nirmal Singh, recently visited Village Thuhi Nabha Punjab to understand the ongoing work and connect directly with the community.

During the visit, he interacted with the women and families of the village, listened to their concerns, and tried to understand the challenges they face in their daily lives.

Anmol Sewa Foundation has already supported the construction of a house for a needy family in Village Thui. For us, it is not just a house—it represents security, dignity, and a new hope for a family. 🏠

Dr. Nirmal Singh assured the women that their concerns would not remain unheard. He promised that the Foundation would work with the community and address their problems one by one, based on their needs and priorities.

We are not here only to listen to your problems; we are here to walk with you towards solutions.

The interaction with the villagers was truly meaningful. It helped us understand what the community needs and in which direction we should take our future interventions.

As part of the ongoing Farmer Awareness Programme, the Market Committee, Ambala City—under the Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board—in collaboration with Anmol Sewa Foundation, is organising a Farmer Awareness Campaign today at Village Mohri. Officials and experts from 10 departments will guide farmers about government schemes, modern agricultural practices and farmer welfare programmes.

In collaboration with the Market Committee, Ambala City, under the Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board, Anmol Sewa Foundation has been conducting Farmer Awareness Campaigns across various villages of Ambala district.

For the past several years, Anmol Sewa Foundation has supported farmers through awareness and guidance on sustainable farming, modern agricultural practices, crop diversification, government schemes, horticulture, animal husbandry, banking, self-help groups and Farmer Producer Organisations.

Through these programmes, experts from various departments come together on one platform to address farmers’ concerns and share information about beneficial government schemes and services.

Our mission is to make agriculture more profitable and help farmers progress towards greater prosperity through awareness, technology and cooperation.
