PALAKKAD- SERVICE CONDITIONS WORKSHOP

Service Conditions Workshop held in the Palakkad Region on 2 August 2026 was a great success, with an enthusiastic participation of 76 comrades from across the region.

The Inaugral session of the workshop was presided over by Com.Sarath P R, Chairman Palakkad Regional Committee. Com. Jishnu Narayanan, Regional Secretary, extended welcome to the gathering.

Com B Ramprakash,Joint Secretary AIBEA & General Secretary AKBEF inaugrated the session, Com Sarath S*,Organising Secretary FBEU, Com Paramesh G, Joint Secretary ,AKBEF Palakkad District Committee addressed.

The sessions were handled effectively by Com Ganeshkumar T, Regional Treasurer, Com Sarath P R, Regional Chairman, Com K S Vimal, Asst Secretary FBEU.They elaborated on various aspects of the Service Conditions.Queries raised by our Members were clarified by Com Sreelasith C R, Vice President FBEU and Com K S Vimal, Asst Secrerary FBEU also encouraged active discussions, making the sessions highly informative and engaging.
Com Aparna M,EC Member FBEU Women's Council proposed Vote of Thanks.

We appreciate the Palakkad Regional Committee for its efforts in making the programme a success. We also appreciate the organisational spirit of the comrades who attended the programme despite the adverse weather conditions.

MADURAI - SERVICE CONDITIONS WORKSHOP

Service Conditions Workshop held in the Madurai Region on 02.08.2026 was a great success, with enthusiastic participation of comrades from across the region. Around 100 comrades, particularly women comrades, actively took part in the programme, making the workshop lively and interactive.

The workshop commenced with the inaugural address by Com. Arun Viswanath, EC Member. The proceedings were presided over by Com. Aneesh, Regional Chairman. Com. Venkadesh, Madurai Regional Secretary, extended a warm welcome to the gathering.

Addressing the gathering, Com. Kumaran, Treasurer, AIBEA, highlighted the significant role played by private bank unions within AIBEA and emphasised the need for greater unity and active organisational involvement.

The sessions were handled by Com. Selvam, Vice President; Com. Rahul, Chennai Regional Secretary; Com. Venkadesh, Madurai Regional Secretary; and Com. Karthik Kumar, Madurai Regional Assistant Secretary. They elaborated on various aspects of the Service Conditions, clarified members’ queries, and encouraged active discussions, making the sessions highly informative and engaging.

SERVICE CONDITIONS WORKSHOP HELD AT SALEM

Service Conditions Workshop held in the Salem Region on 19 July 2026 was a great success, with an enthusiastic participation of comrades from across the region. A good number of comrades, particularly women comrades, actively took part in the programme, making the workshop lively and interactive.

The workshop was presided over by Com. Nixon, EC Member. Com. Velusamy, Salem Regional Chairman, extended a warm welcome to the gathering.

The sessions were handled effectively by Com. Selvam, Vice President; Com. Rahul, Chennai Regional Secretary; Com. Venkadesh, Madurai Regional Secretary; and Com. Karthik Kumar, Madurai Regional Assistant Secretary. They elaborated on various aspects of the Service Conditions, clarified members’ queries, and encouraged active discussions, making the sessions highly informative and engaging.

Prior to the workshop, branch visits were undertaken under the leadership of Com. Selvam, Com. Nixon and other Regional leaders.
