Today, on the auspicious occasion of Independence Day, I had the great opportunity to have my book, The Advocates: Start After the End, released in the Library Hall of the High Court Bar Association, Allahabad. The release was conducted by Mr. Rajesh Khare, Senior Vice President, who presided over the meeting. Despite being unwell, Chairman Shri Anil Tiwari, Senior Advocate, was also present. I extend heartfelt thanks to everyone for their dignified presence and cooperation, and to all the officers and staff of the Bar Association.
Brief of This Edition: The first part of the book covers advocate rights, duties, responsibilities, relationships, important definitions, and citations. The second part addresses dealing with clients in the Supreme Court, including basic knowledge of Supreme Court jurisdiction, petitions (including SLP), procedures, etc.
