Founder President, West Bengal State Committee – All Rabha Students Union (ARSU)
& Youngest Member, West Bengal Adivasi Development & Cultural Board, Government of West Bengal
Yesterday, the West Bengal State Committee of the All Rabha Students Union (ARSU) convened a significant meeting and took several heartfelt decisions in loving memory of our beloved brother, Lt. Enshu K**a, the Founder President of the Alipurduar District Committee, ARSU.
These resolutions were made to honor and preserve the legacy of Lt. Enshu K**a — the brave son of the Rabha community.
Decisions Taken in His Honour:
1. The Head Office of the West Bengal State Committee, ARSU, located at Uttar Mendabari Rabha Basti, shall henceforth be known as “Lt. Enshu K**a Nog”, in loving memory of our departed leader.
2. At Lt. Enshu K**a Nog (ARSU Head Office), photographs and records of the remarkable works, leadership, and contributions of Lt. Enshu K**a will be permanently displayed as a tribute to his dedication and service to the community.
3. A photograph of Lt. Enshu K**a will also be placed at the Central ARSU Head Office, Dhudnoi, Rabha Hasong, as a mark of deep respect and remembrance for his noble leadership and contributions.
4. The date 28th October, the day our beloved leader Lt. Enshu K**a left us, will be observed every year across West Bengal as “Sok Dibas” (Day of Mourning) in his memory, by the entire Rabha community of West Bengal.
5. In the year 2026, a statue of Lt. Enshu K**a will be constructed in front of the ARSU Head Office, as a symbol of honor and respect to our young, dynamic leader — the brave son of the Rabha community.
6. From this day onward, Lt. Enshu K**a will be remembered and honored across West Bengal as “The Brave Son of the Rabha Community.”
We bow our heads in respect to his legacy and sacrifice.
Lt. Enshu K**a will forever remain a guiding light and an inspiration for the entire Rabha youth community. 🕊️
