Gorai Phakhri Bodo movie directed by Rajni Basumatary, screened in the 29th Kolkata International Film Festival (Kiff) at Radha Studio, Cenema Centenary Auditorium.

Gorai Phakhri/Wild Swan movie has received "Best Film" Award in the Indian Film Category in Kolkata International Film Festival.

Concept of the movie is based on the lives of Bodo women since it's tender age to oldage with many incidents of ups and downs of women lives within the patriarchial society. It has depicted real incidents of suffering by the women as a whole. Some moments were very painful and hatred on them. Tears come out due to painful scene and impact of its story. This is non-male artists movie, however, acting of female artists were superb and mind blowing. Thanks to all the team members of Gorai Phakhri Bodo movie from Mech People Protection Forum and special thanks to the Director of this movie to Rajni Basumatary. I request all of our members and friends to watch this movie which is unique.
