For many girls, the challenge isn't school, it's everything that comes before walking into the classroom.
Limited awareness and access to menstrual hygiene often become invisible barriers to education. Through CFTI's Menstrual Health Initiative, girls are receiving the support, knowledge, and confidence to continue learning without interruption.
Because when one barrier is removed, countless opportunities begin.

CFTI, in collaboration with successfully conducted its first Skill Enhancement, Safety & Livelihood Up-gradation Training Program on 18th August in Nanded, Maharashtra for mechanics, retailers and dealers handling Greaves Cotton engines and spare parts.
This marks the beginning of a planned series of 12 training programs across India, empowering skilled professionals with enhanced knowledge, improved safety practices and better livelihood opportunities.

Through its Menstrual Health Management initiative, CFTI is promoting awareness and access to sustainable menstrual hygiene solutions, including menstrual cups, among women and adolescent girls in rural communities.
Our experience shows that when women are equipped with the right information and support, they are more confident in making informed choices about their health.
Sustainable. Safe. Dignified.
Because menstrual health should never be a barrier to participation, education or opportunity.
