Horticulture can be more than cultivation—it can be a pathway to stronger rural livelihoods.
At CFTI, we believe that supporting farmers means creating opportunities that can grow with them. Through the distribution of fruit-bearing saplings, farmers are being encouraged to explore horticulture as an additional source of income while making better use of their land.
For rural communities, such opportunities can bring greater financial stability, diversify livelihoods, and create a more sustainable future for farming families.
Manthan's journey is one such example of how a small beginning can take root and create a larger possibility.

A menstrual cup can offer a more affordable and sustainable alternative over time. Through its Menstrual Health Initiative, CFTI is not only making menstrual care more accessible but also creating space for awareness and informed choices.
And when one woman learns, the knowledge doesn't have to stop with her. It can reach her daughter, her family, and the next generation—helping break stigma and make menstrual health a more open conversation.
Because meaningful change begins with awareness, grows through shared knowledge, and reaches entire communities.

CFTI, in collaboration with , successfully conducted its Skill Enhancement, Safety & Livelihood Upgradation Training in Madurai, engaging 97 mechanics, retailers and dealers.

With practical learning, meaningful participation and a strong focus on safety and livelihood enhancement, the session was an important step towards enabling stronger, more sustainable livelihoods at the grassroots.

An academic kit becomes a child's confidence to return to school. A bicycle becomes a shorter journey to education. A pair of spectacles brings the world back into focus. A tailoring kit becomes the beginning of financial independence.
