We are delighted to announce the successful completion of the 5-Day Online Entrance Orientation for NIMHANS UG Aspirants, organized by Malayoram Rural Development Foundation (MRDF).

As you know, NIMHANS is one of the best national institutes of national importance where students can pursue their medical UG courses. With the vision to uplift our students into one of the best institutes in the nation and to help them receive the best education and best placements, MRDF conducted this training program.

Our mission is to create role models and a source of motivation for students across our villages. We believe that when our rural students reach such prestigious national institutes, our villages and rural areas will flourish and become an inspiration for others.

In line with this vision, MRDF is committed to providing such opportunity-based, completely free entrance coaching to help students from rural backgrounds reach national-level institutions.

Over the last five days, our sessions focused on proven exam preparation methods, comprehensive coverage of important topics, analysis of previous years' repeated questions, and strategic time management to confidently handle exam-day pressure.

We express our sincere gratitude to our language experts for their excellent communication and to Career Engineer Martin Jose, whose continuous and inspiring guidance anchored the entire program.

Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders...

We are thrilled to announce that the Malayoram Rural Development Foundation (MRDF) recently conducted a highly successful Career Transition Orientation for the bright 11th and 12th-grade students of Government Model Residential School, Pattuvam.

Led by MRDF’s Founding Director, Mr. Martin Jose, as the resource person, the session was incredibly interactive and full of energy. The students were fully engaged from start to finish, and we were absolutely delighted by their feedback calling the orientation highly informative and eye-opening.

During the session, we took a deep dive into:

Empowering Future Leaders: Career Transition Orientation at St. Elizabeth Senior Secondary School, Vellarikundu

Malayoram Rural Development Foundation (MRDF) successfully conducted an interactive Career Transition Orientation for the 10th and 12th-grade students of St. Elizabeth Senior Secondary School, Vellarikundu.

We were thrilled to see such active, enthusiastic participation from both students and their parents throughout the entire session!

The session was led by MRDF’s Founding Director, Mr. Martin Jose, who guided the attendees through key decision-making steps for higher education and career paths.

We successfully conducted the Placement Orientation Workshop on 13th August 2026 at College of Applied Science, Neruvambram - An Institution of IHRD Kerala.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the College Management and the Principal for their constant support and encouragement in empowering students for future careers.

Special appreciation to Azeema Teacher, Placement In Charge, for the excellent coordination and arrangements that made the program a grand success.

The final year students were extremely responsive, energetic, and actively engaged throughout the session on Resume Building, Market Mapping, Career Pathway Analysis, and AI for Career Growth. Their enthusiasm truly made "Future Forge" memorable.

Malayoram Rural Development Foundation (MRDF) is proud to announce its successful higher education initiative, which supported 286 students in preparing for and appearing in the KEA CET entrance exam.

Recognizing the importance of education in transforming lives, MRDF provided comprehensive support to these students, ensuring they had a level playing field to pursue their academic aspirations.

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐝
- Travel Support: MRDF covered travel expenses, enabling students to reach exam centers across Karnataka without financial burden.
- Accommodation Support: Students were provided with comfortable accommodation arrangements near exam centers, reducing stress and ensuring focus on their exams.
- Free Entrance Support in hands with Ajinorah Entrance Accademy: MRDF waived entrance exam-related costs, alleviating financial pressures and allowing students to concentrate on their preparation.
- Free Orientation: Expert guidance and orientation sessions were conducted to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the entrance exam.

The initiative received overwhelmingly positive feedback from students, who expressed gratitude for MRDF's support. Successful Completion of “Distinguished Guest Lecture For Interns”

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our Virtual Internship Guest Lecture, held on 23 November 2024.

The session, led by esteemed speaker Mr. Jickson George, Delegate, Local Self Government Department, Government of Kerala, provided our interns with a comprehensive understanding of "Panchayath & Its Influence in Day-to-Day Life".

Throughout the session, our interns gained valuable insights into the structure and functions of Panchayath institutions, the role of Panchayath in rural development and governance, and the opportunities and challenges faced by Panchayath institutions.

We are delighted to report that the session was highly engaging, interactive, and well-received by our interns. The knowledge and insights gained will undoubtedly be invaluable in their future endeavors.
