Yesterday marked the successful culmination of our intensive 3-day Staff Induction Training Programme at the RMKM Campus in Chachiyawas, Ajmer. The final day was packed with deep learning, practical strategy, and powerful motivation to equip our new team members for the journey ahead.

🌟 The 90/10 Rule: In a powerful motivational session, Ms. Kshama R. Kaushik inspired the cohort by explaining that while only 10% of life is made of external circumstances, the remaining 90% is defined by how we choose to respond.
