Yesterday marked the successful culmination of our intensive 3-day Staff Induction Training Programme at the RMKM Campus in Chachiyawas, Ajmer. The final day was packed with deep learning, practical strategy, and powerful motivation to equip our new team members for the journey ahead.

🤝 Relationship Building: Mr. Bhagwan Sahay Sharma emphasized how trust, empathy, and effective communication form the bedrock of strong workplace teams and meaningful community engagement.
🎯 Experiential Learning: An interactive, high-energy activity session led by Mr. Nanulal Prajapati brought the team together to practice real-time collaboration and collective problem-solving.
💡 Resource Mobilization: Mr. Ishwar Sharma shared practical, actionable strategies for identifying and utilizing resources to ensure long-term program sustainability and maximize community impact.
📸 Digital Storytelling: Mr. Laxman Singh Chouhan conducted an insightful session on Social Media, Photography, and Videography, highlighting how high-quality documentation and visual storytelling amplify our social impact.
🌟 The 90/10 Rule: In a powerful motivational session, Ms. Kshama R. Kaushik inspired the cohort by explaining that while only 10% of life is made of external circumstances, the remaining 90% is defined by how we choose to respond.
🚀 Mission-Driven Excellence: Our Director, Mr. Rakesh Kumar Kaushik, closed the academic and motivational segment by encouraging continuous learning, professional excellence, and a lifelong commitment to RMKM’s core vision and values.

🔥🚨 Today at Rmkm Chachiyawas Campus, we took a crucial step towards ensuring the safety of our community! Our team received comprehensive training on how to operate fire extinguishers effectively in case of an emergency. 🧯💪
Our team underwent comprehensive fire safety training, covering essential types of fires and the precise processes to tackle them effectively. Here's a glimpse into what we learned:
⚠️ Understanding Fire Types:
Class A: Ordinary combustibles like wood, paper, and cloth.
Class B: Flammable liquids such as oil, gasoline, and grease.
Class C: Electrical fires.
Class D: Combustible metals.
Class K: Cooking oils and fats.
🧯 Mastering the Process:
Assess the Situation: Evaluate the fire's size and type before acting.
Select the Right Extinguisher: Match the extinguisher type to the fire class.
Pull the Pin: Break the seal to activate the extinguisher.
Aim at the Base: Direct the extinguisher's nozzle at the fire's base, not the flames.
Squeeze the Handle: Firmly squeeze to release the extinguishing agent.
Sweep Side to Side: Use a sweeping motion to cover the fire area completely.
Watch for Re-Ignition: Monitor the area to prevent any potential reignition.
With this training, we're better equipped to respond swiftly and confidently to any fire incidents, prioritizing the safety of everyone on campus. Preparedness is key, and we're committed to ensuring a safe environment for all.

📚 Staff Induction Training 2026 | Day 2

On 16 June 2026, the second day of the Staff Induction Training Programme at Rajasthan Mahila Kalyan Mandal (RMKM), Chachiyawas, Ajmer provided an enriching platform for learning, reflection, and professional development.

The day commenced with a review of the previous day's learnings, followed by an insightful session on HR Policies and Office Decorum conducted by Mr. Anurag Saxena. Participants further enhanced their communication and presentation skills through an engaging session led by Mr. Nanulal Prajapati, while Mr. Nemichand Vaishnav facilitated a session on accounts and financial management.

The training also featured motivational and academic Creativity and Innovation ( sessions by Mr. Rakesh Kumar Kaushik inspiring participants towards personal and professional excellence. Interactive discussions on Teamwork and Leadership, facilitated by Nanulal Prajapati and Mr. Anurag Saxena, encouraged collaboration and effective team dynamics. The day concluded with an important session on *Child Rights and Child Protection Policy by Mr. Nanulal Prajapati, reinforcing RMKM’s commitment to safeguarding children and upholding their rights.

📚 Staff Induction Training 2026 | Day 1

Rajasthan Mahila Kalyan Mandal (RMKM), Chachiyawas, Ajmer, successfully inaugurated its three-day Staff Induction Training Programme on 15 June 2026, bringing together newly appointed team members for a comprehensive learning and orientation experience. The programme commenced with a ceremonial lamp lighting and inaugural address in the esteemed presence of Mrs. Pooja Gupta, Mr. Yadh Dani, Mr. Rajat Goyal, and Mr. Sameer Chaudhary, members of the Ajmer Super Circle, Ajmer. Their encouraging words set a positive and inspiring tone for a journey dedicated to learning, professional growth, and service to society.

The day began with an interactive introduction and expectation-sharing session facilitated by Shri Nanulal Prajapati, creating a welcoming environment for participants to connect, share their aspirations, and understand the objectives of the training. This was followed by an insightful organizational orientation session led by Shri Anurag Saxena, who provided a detailed overview of RMKM’s history, vision, mission, core values, and its impactful interventions in the fields of education, child protection, livelihood promotion, disability inclusion, and community development.

A thought-provoking session by Shri Rakesh Kumar Kaushik explored the evolution, importance, and relevance of social work in contemporary society. Through practical examples and field experiences, participants gained a deeper understanding of the responsibilities and ethical commitments required to bring meaningful change within communities. The post-lunch technical session conducted by Ms. Shreya Sharma focused on reporting systems, data management, and case study documentation, emphasizing the significance of accuracy, accountability, and evidence-based programme implementation.

The afternoon continued with a session on Staff Coordination by Shri Tarun Sharma, highlighting the importance of teamwork, communication, and collaboration in achieving organizational goals. The day concluded with an inspiring academic and motivational session by Ms. Kshama R. Kaushik, encouraging participants to embrace continuous learning, professionalism, and dedication in their work. An open feedback and reflection session facilitated by Shri Nanulal Prajapati provided an opportunity for participants to share key takeaways and insights from the day's learning experience.

🌟 Self-Awareness Session Organized at RMKM, Chachiyawas, Ajmer 🌟

On 13 June 2026, a Self-Awareness Session was conducted at RMKM, Chachiyawas, Ajmer for 12 participants with Intellectual Disabilities (ID).

The session aimed to help participants better understand themselves, recognize their emotions, identify their strengths, and express themselves with confidence.

Engaging activities such as a motivational story, emotion card exercises, and picture-based storytelling were conducted. Through these activities, participants learned to express their feelings, understand the importance of positive behavior and habits, and openly share their interests and dreams.

The key message of the session was that every individual is unique and capable. By believing in their abilities, they can achieve their dreams and move towards an independent and empowered life. ✨
