The Mercury Mission brought its vital HIV awareness and prevention message to Snehalaya’s Yuva Nirman Youth Camp.

With HIV infections among young people a growing concern, there has never been a more important time for the Mercury Mission to reach, educate and engage young people with clear, accurate information.

Dr Pansamble ( HIV/AIDS specialist) was on hand to give participants valuable information about HIV — how it is transmitted, how they can protect themselves and others, and importantly, to challenge and dispel some of the myths and misconceptions that still surround the virus.

Today, Snehalaya’s HR Department organised our annual staff health checks at the Caring Friends Hospital & Research Centre, making sure everyone received a thorough full MOT!

Because a healthy workforce is a happy and productive workforce — and it’s just as important to care for the people who spend every day caring for others.

A huge thank you to the doctors and medical team from Dr. Vithalrao Vikhe Patil Foundation’s Medical College for generously sharing their expertise, skills and time with our team.

After months of extensive medical treatment, she was welcomed into Snehankur Adoption Centre, where she spent the next three years of her life. Then came the life-changing phone call. Santvana was adopted by the compassionate Jasmin, who gave her the opportunity for a new beginning in the United States. ON THE OCCASION OF NAG PANCHAMI WE TOOK THE MESSAGE OF HIV PREVENTION TO THE PEOPLE.

Thanks to Mercury Phoenix Trust, The Mercury Mission team took the opportunity to bring vital HIV education and prevention messages to the Pachamba, Shri Warula’s Maruti Nag Panchami celebrations, an event attracting around 10,000 people

The team distributed brochures to people of all ages, sharing clear information about HIV, how it is transmitted and how people can protect themselves.

With more HIV infections among young people a growing concern, education and prevention have never been more vital.

By taking these messages directly into our communities, we can challenge stigma, encourage safer choices and help protect the next generation.

What a birthday celebration! A Day of Theatre, Cake, and lots of Dancing!
As a special treat, our kids enjoyed a trip to the theatre to see Albatya Galbatya.
Ratnakar Matkari’s legendary Marathi children’s play. It's Whimsical, funny and full of imagination, it had our kids laughing from beginning to end.
Their verdict: 10/10 — a hit with everyone!Then it was back to Snehalaya for birthday cake and some serious dancing.
