JITO Ahmedabad successfully organized the National Job Fair 3.0 and JITO Job Mela 5.0 in association with Monarch Networth Capital at Sopariwalaโ€™s Crest Banquet, Thaltej, Ahmedabad. The event was held under the leadership of Chairman Shri Rajeev Chhajer, CA (Dr.) Jainik Vakil and Convener Shri Siddharth Chovatia, under the mentorship of Shri Jagrit Sanklecha. Notably, around 180 Job Melas were organized across India by Jito on the same day as part of this nationwide employment initiative with a vision to provide jobs to more than 10k job seekers.

Along with office bearers of JITO Ahmedabad Chapter and JITO Ladies Wing.

A total of 26 reputed employers from sectors including hospitality, fintech, metal, manufacturing, CA firms, legal, real estate, transport, logistics and several other industries participated in the Job Mela. More than 2200 job seekers were interviewed, while over 2500 candidates registered for the event, including freshers, experienced professionals and walk-in applicants. In this era of AI and advanced technology, JITO Ahmedabad implemented tech-enabled communication and interview management systems to ensure faster coordination between employers and candidates and smooth ex*****on of interviews.

Chairman Shri Rajeev Chhajer shared that JITO Ahmedabad remains committed to supporting Jain job seekers even after the Job Mela and will continue efforts to help candidates find suitable employment opportunities.

Himanshu Shah, Vice Chairman of JITO Apex, also shared his vision that the core purpose of the Job Mela is to genuinely provide employment opportunities rather than merely conduct an event, thereby supporting individuals and their families in a meaningful way.
