Indian Society for Community Education - ISCE Indian Society for Community Education is a voluntary non-government organization established in 1982 at Ahmedabad. Late Prof.

Ramlal Parikh a well known Gandhian and educationist was the leading force behind the establishment of ISCE. Under his able leadership ISCE spread its activities and contributed significantly in the areas of adult education, continuing education and population education. ISCE took leadership at international level by joining hands with International Community Education Association and led large contingents of delegates in several international conferences.
