On this World Lion Day, I’m proud to unveil the first look of our documentary, "Guardians of Gir." This isn't just a film—it’s a powerful call to action, celebrating the unique bond between the Asiatic lions and the incredible people of Gir. From spending months deep in the Gir forest to capturing countless stories of resilience and unity, this journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. Through the voices of villagers, Maaldharis, scientists, and community leaders, we highlight the collective spirit that has protected this sanctuary for generations. This film serves as a reminder that the preservation of our natural world is a shared responsibility, one that we all must embrace.
